Introducing Triple Sec - the first in the Lab series from Burnt Faith. Small batch, fruit focussed liqueurs exclusively developed produced and bottled in our London Brandy House.
We source our oranges from across the world using sun-dried bitter orange peels, blood orange essence from Paraguay and sweet orange peels from waste zest sourced locally.
Using 100% neutral grape spirit made from distilled waste Marc, allows for smoothness, with unaged Eau de Vie adding juicy apricot elements. The final addition includes our brandy aged in Spanish and Bourbon casks, leveraging the richness of American Oak.
Expect notes of orange blossom on the nose, followed by intense orange cream and fresh apricot pastries with a hint of vanilla to finish.
